Tigger's Eyes are Green?????

Tigger, a false witch who dabbles in black magic and uses herbs to trick his patrons, has discovered that by drinking a certain mix of herbs, he can change his eyes green which frighten his patrons into agreeing with his every word.  He made the potion purely be accident, however he has laid in a fresh supply to use whenever anyone comes seeking his advice on something.
