Have you ever seen a cat chase its own tail? They race in circles snapping and grabbing until they finally grab a hold of the end and they snap those teeth on and suddenly they are licking it like that was what they planned all along. I think cats are trying to show us how to be a kid again. Remember when you did something like tried to jump off the picnic table and fell face first in a mud puddle. You rise to your feet and everyone is laughing at you. How do you live that down? Well, like the cat, you don't, you just pretend it was what you wanted to do in the first place.
