Cats are, well, to be nice, crazy!
They climb on edges that are too small for their feet.
They sleep on aquariums with no tops so that they fall in.
They sleep on the washer as it goes through the spin cycle.
And full-sized fat-n-sassy cats will squeeze under the bookcase (you can’t even get your hand under there) and peek out with those glowing eyes.
They fight with themselves in the mirror.
They growl at cat statues.
They sleep in the dirty clothes.
And they eat themselves sick.
WHY!?!?

So why do cats do these things? I think it is because cats are sly little devils who believe that they can do anything, if only they try. So, they try to climb into the dryer. They try to get on top of your kitchen cupboards (especially when there are a lot of glass items there). They insist on sleeping on top of your book shelf and peer down at you from on high. They hide in your closets underneath piles of clothes. They climb into the tub and dare you to turn on the water. They insist that they want pets and then run when you try. WHY!?!?
I also believe that cats are the terror of the universe. They can fight animals twice their size (and win). They can eat out of garbage cans and get fat on the food. They can argue with a bull dog (and often win or at least escape up a tree to taunt said dog). They appear petrified of something like being high up in a tree and then casually make their way down after you have given up trying and called the fire department. WHY!?!?
They love to yowl from the backyard fence. They hold their own in a sleep battle. They use your best bedspread to punish you when they are angry. They fill up on their own food and then demand yours. They wrap their owners around their little paw. They get underfoot when you need it the least. And they play hide and seek (even if you didn’t know you were playing). WHY!?!?
Cats are, to say the least, crazy! I will say no more about it………Ok, what do you think?
